Virtual items are licensed, non-transferrable, and subject to change or removal at Uniq.me’s discretion. Your rights to use them expire with account termination or service cessation.

6. Push Notifications and Location-Based Services

• Users may receive notifications, including app updates and promotions. Location-based features may require permission to access location data via GPS or other methods. Opt-out options are available in device settings.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Uniq.me provides services "as-is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free functionality. Users assume responsibility for interactions on the site, and Uniq.me disclaims liability for damages resulting from the use of the site. In the event of liability, damages are limited to $100 or less.
